Is IZIKEY.Lite really free?
Yes. Lite is free for any Dutch nieuwbouw buyer. WhatsApp needs no account — just message. The web app requires a free account. General knowledge and templates, no project memory or documents. A daily message cap applies to keep costs predictable. No credit card, no hidden catch.
Why is Assist €39?
One-off payment, covers your full journey to key handover (typically 18–24 months). You\'re buying a €400k+ home — €39 for a coordinator who remembers your project, reviews your contracts, and checks your notary invoice is a rounding error. No subscription, no recurring charges.
Can a developer gift Assist to buyers?
Yes. Developers on Manage and Enterprise can gift Assist access to prospective buyers as a signup bonus. A lower-cost entry into the IZIKEY experience — useful for pre-reservation outreach or high-interest projects where you want to add perceived value without full Manage commitment.
Why isn't Manage or Enterprise pricing on this page?
Every project differs on size, complexity, integration, and timeline. We price each deployment on a call rather than forcing you into a sticker that doesn\'t fit. Most pricing conversations take 20 minutes.
Can I upgrade from Lite to Assist, or Manage to Enterprise?
Yes, both directions work seamlessly. Lite conversations don\'t transfer (no project memory by design), but Assist onboarding is fast. For developers, Manage and Enterprise share the same underlying platform — you can start with Manage for one project, then scope Enterprise when ready for white-label and integration.
Is IZIKEY AVG/GDPR compliant?
Yes. We operate under a data processing agreement (verwerkersovereenkomst) with every developer. Data is stored on EU servers (Zurich). Buyer identity documents are never shared or used for model training.
